Salesforce Support Specialist - Windsor, CT
Nationwide Service and Sales focused company is looking to hire a Salesforce Support Specialist.
The Salesforce Team maintains, supports, develops and configures two Salesforce instances that collectively serve over 700 users. The Salesforce Team supports the standard Salesforce CRM core objects, in addition to mobile applications, integrations to vendor SAP systems, marketing automation, ERP and HRIS systems. Future development plans include e-commerce, customer self-service portals and apps as well as enhancing Configure Price Quote (CPQ) systems, and more!
Provide user support to Sales Engineers, Service Technicians, Application Engineers and Operational staff, exercising creative problem solving skills to diagnose and understand root cause. As a team member, you will be called upon to document best practices and provide user training.
Qualifications and Preferred Skills:
· Hands on experience with Salesforce.com
· Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
· Self-starter who uses good judgement in a fast paced environment
· Ability to work and perform with strict deadlines
· Strong communication skills
· Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent related experience in business or technology
· Working knowledge of relational databases
