Job Description:

We have an opening for an experienced Reach Truck Operator in Rialto - this position is ideal for someone who is seeking a challenging opportunity in a fast-paced environment!!

This is a temp to hire opportunity, with a great company that is very stable and offers a highly competitive benefits package; as well as opportunity for growth!!

  • Reach Truck Operator

Primary duties will include: operation of stand up lifts/reach trucks, RF Scanners, and Electric Pallet Jacks.

Employees in this position do:

    • Use of LMS (Labor Management System) for production tracking.
    • Use of handheld RF scanner throughout workday.
    • Order selection with use of lifts.
    • Load and unload inbound and outbound trailers with use of lifts.
    • Product put-away with use of lifts.
    • Product staging with use of lifts.
    • Hand wrapping of pallets may be required.
    • Inventory management; perform cycle count functions and participate in physical inventories as requested.

Employees in this position should:

    • Have at least 6 months of recent stand up forklift experience, i.e. Reach Truck, etc.
    • Have basic math and computer skills.
    • Demonstrate the ability to learn operation of LMS system.
    • Show flexibility to be cross trained on equipment and functions.
    • Show attention to detail.
    • Maintain accuracy with job function.

Pay Rate: $14.90+ Shift Differential

  • 1st, 2nd & 3rd shifts available
