Customer Service Representative - Greenville, WI
Put yourself at the center of amazing service to our customers! Our Greenville client is seeking 1st shift customer service representatives for a 3 month project. Ready to get to work? Read on.
This customer service representative position will allow you to earn $13.00/hour while working between the hours of 7:00 am and 6:00 pm Monday through Friday. You can enjoy the remaining summer weekends outside, not at the office!
Job duties will include:
- Answering customer inquiries about orders
- Fielding customer requests for product information
- Managing and updating customer account information
- Correcting errors with purchase orders
- Problem resolution
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of customer service related work experience
- Minimum one year data entry and keyboarding experience
- Strong reasoning and decision making skills
- Selected candidates will be required to submit to a pre-employment drug screen and background check
