Customer Service - HOUSTON, TX
ProStaff is looking for a Customer Service - Social Media Expert. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge in all social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram) they will need to be sharp in responding to comments, tweets, and posting various images and statuses. This position will be part time.
a. Monitor social media activities and have the ability to identify adverse events, product quality/service complaints, and inappropriate content per defined procedures and guidelines.
b. Fuel discussions around product-related news, tips, and insights as well as provide client with consumer insights that could assist in innovation, improvement, or product development
c. Ability to maneuver through various channels to provide the customer with prompt, courteous and accurate information. Including Channels to monitor are: Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
d. Use guidelines established by the client to moderate and reply to consumer comments in a less formal environment (vs. email)
e. Follows applicable Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Work Instructions (WI).
f. Handles sensitive and private information in accordance with SOPs and regulatory requirements.
g. Builds relationships and works closely with client and co-workers in a positive manner to supply necessary updates and reporting as needed.
h. Complete other tasks as deemed appropriate by supervisor.
i. Bilingual (Spanish) a plus but not required
j. Experience using Hootsuite or other social media monitoring tools a plus.
