Customer Service Representative - Dallas, TX
- The ideal candidate will have the ability to handle unhappy customers
- Assist new and existing customers and provides accurate information regarding orders in a fast paced environment.
- Interacts with customers via telephone, email, and chat in a timely manner.
- Enters customer orders or billing information in system on a daily basis.
- Researches and resolves difficult customer service situations in a calm and efficient manner.
- Brings problems to the attention of the manager; is willing to ask for help.
- Follows all procedures as detailed in customer service operations policies and guidelines.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail.
- Computer skills required– Internet, Email, MSWord, Excel
- Solid organization skills, including ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Attention to detail is A MUST!
- Self-starter who is self-motivated
- Problem-solver, quick thinker, able to maintain a calm, tactful demeanor when dealing with difficult situations
- 2 year Customer Service experience, preferred
