Job Description:

Calling all HUBSPOT or MARKETO skilled specialists.  GREAT job located near Geneva in the advertising and marketing industry with a B2B focus.

As their Marketing Automation Specialist, you will oversee and execute marketing campaigns using integrated automation and CRM platforms across many clients.  Internally, you will work closely with many departments: strategy, digital, creative and account management teams to build, automate and monitor successful demand generation campaigns.

MUST have experience with HUBSPOT and MARKETO.

This is a great role to get that next level of leadership -- both internally and externally -- management skills as the primary advisor between the organization and various clients.  You will be developing lead generation and nurturing strategies and tactics that drive market demand with end-users through data-driven marketing campaigns.

Key responsibilities include:

-Identify client business needs and/or opportunities and develop strategic plans and campaigns

-Translate business objectives into demand generation and key objectives to develop a detailed plan rooted in strategy aligned to those objectives

-Leverage market, client, competitive and best practice insights to help develop executable strategies, measurable programs, and tactics

-Develop email and automation campaign standards and processes

-Build, deploy, and monitor automation campaigns

-Setup and manage campaigns in a variety of ESP, automation, and CRM platforms

-Segment databases to build the most impactful campaign lists using implicit and explicit data

-Build test frameworks to continually improve campaign metrics

-Develop dashboards and reporting processes for KPIs

-Work closely with agency teams and clients to plan campaign cycles and monitoring KPIs

-Present and sell agency proposals to clients

-Provide strategic thinking, research, analysis, creativity, and a leadership perspective

-Work with multiple clients across a variety of industries

-Stay current with the latest digital marketing, marketing automation, demand generation, and CRM best practices

-Identify and manage vendor relationships based on client and campaign needs

-Direct database improvements, including data structure, hygiene, and enhancement
